good old college days

with in the lane of my memories there are many a special moments i always cherish, but my college days will remain special......

When i reminisce as I go along my life's way they are precious with every passing day
I miss those days in many a ways bunking classes for non-stop cricketing sessions...
where canteen used to be our hangouts all the day and library used to be our news reference for movies, none other...
when its actually time for exams studying till late nights and gossiping about current hearsay was just a reason for all of us to stay intact!
this part of tape we can never rewind but we can cherish with a reunion.....
small fights and big smiles in our evening meet till those late nights teasing each other about tons of our crushes...
Oh i miss those days in many a ways
All of a sudden our dreams ended up, fate snatching all those dreams....
Now those days will never come our way
we'll never run and catch those running buses
we'll never find time to stay for long hours in those cafes !!!!
But those days taught us how to take success and failure
in our live's
those days brought our hidden talent out and
lead a life independent
hope everyone of you succeeded in your careers....

Childhood days

Oh those childhood days
I miss them in many a ways
It was fun, and who knows it better than the one who misses?
Oh those childhood days, waiting for lunch breaks at school
to play among friends
Small fights with friends that lasted for short duration of times.
Those mysterious lessons each day to face,
Ending up with assessments for summer vacations…
Oh those childhood days, I wish those golden days,
Come back again!
At least for the name of cricket…
Many years have passed since childhood faded away,
It still remains as a picture in my memory’s wall
Leaving thoughts of my childhood friends...
Now life has its own pace, we are forced to rush and
Struggle hard to win its race…
Oh those childhood days

Where is testing and Quality stands

Concerns towards my domain forced me for this post, when i made an attempt to discuss topics of testing and learn something from more wise minds on public forums and some communities in orkut...
but all those forums or communities i joined are of people gathered to share definitions, asking or answering questions about quality and testing to crack some interviews,
they are not concerned about practicing the art of identifying bugs? they are the one who pretend to be as testers, who works as testers...but not testers....

if they were testers they would have made an attempt of search for there queries than before posting on the public forums with irrelevant subject lines...
if they were testers they wont criticize or get attracted to testing jokes than testing concepts...
if they were testers they would have made an attempt to learn something new in his domain, and would have tried to identify who coined the terminology that he is mi's - using in his work....

If this is one side of my concern the other side is about companies approach in showing quality
is by preparing a test plan, writing test cases or scripts, get your test cases approved for coverage, prepare a traceability matrix,
But will a product achieve quality with this approach? as per my knowledge it wont.. there is always a chance of functionality missing while writing test cases and executing those test cases...

Companies may achieve a bug free product with this approach but they wont attain Quality,
" Quality is something about value in a product " , value here i mean is user convince of a product....
So there must be a change by adding up with new approaches of rapid software testing or exploratory ways of testing along with the approaches presently using

or else there would be no surprise if someone say that they were doing a monotonous job.....

Never Quit

Its when things seem worst, we must not QUIT

every day i wake up hoping a better day
than earlier,
it may or may not !
I don't give up though the pace seems slow
I may succeed with another blow,
I don't give up though my trails are enormous...

life is meant for its twists and turns

i sense love as a teenager but it is attention,
